About the Artist

Clara Luciani is a singer/songwriter of Corsican descent from Martigues, a town in the south of France near Marseille. In 2010 she became a member of the group La Femme, where she sang a couple songs on their 2013 album Psycho Tropical Berlin : “La Femme” and “It’s Time To Wake Up (2023)”. After leaving the group she went on to form the duo Holgram with Maxime Sokolinski. In 2015 and 2016 she toured with French singer Raphael on his Somnambules tour, and in December of 2016 she sang with French rapper Nekfeu on the song Avant tu riais from his album Cyborg. 2017 saw the release of her first solo EP, entitled Monstre d’amour. She released her first full solo album, entitled Sainte-Victoire in April of 2018. One of the album’s singles, entitled “La Grenade” was quite successful, reaching number 22 on the French singles chart and number 2 on the French sales chart. She has won two Victoires de la musique music awards, first for best new artist In February of 2019 and then for best female artist in February of 2020.
